In this video, the VerTek 2400 turnkey bulk packaging system with integrated vacuum and gas flush consists of a twin lane PrimoLinear V-25 bulk weigh filler (up to 30lbs), a VerTek 2400 vertical form, fill, seal bagger, a box indexer, and a bag folder/tucker.
After the cases are packaged, they can enter the box taping station prior to palletization which we can also integrate into the system.
