Its modular design allows it to easily fit into any existing production line or integrate it as part of a complete packaging line with our case erecting, tray forming, sealing and robotic palletizing solutions.
CASE & TRAY PACKING
PKR-HS
Engineered for the highest-speed applications requiring a sanitary design that can be pressure washed, our PKR-HS with Delta Robot is the perfect choice for products such as fresh and frozen meat or poultry.

Up to 100 single picks per minute / Up to 170 twin picks per minute
This modular pick & place cell is ideal for more flexible bags and packages that need to be placed into your trays and cases with extreme accuracy and can accommodate a wide variety of case/tray sizes and pack patterns.
The process starts with product acquisition by the camera vision system. The PKR-HS gripper arm uses vacuum control to place product from a Facchinetti belt that automatically controls the speed of the product to optimize the robot’s working area. The unit also features automatic box changeover with a maximum changeover time of only 30 seconds.
This sanitary cell can fit into your existing production line or can be integrated as part of a complete packaging solution to include automatic case erecting, tray forming, sealing and robotic palletizing.

PKR Gantry Robot
Our PKR Gantry pick & place cell will automatically top-load your product into cases or trays using our Gantry Robot.
The robot’s X, Y, Z-axis functionality is the perfect packing solution for your cans, bottles, jars, cartons and more rigid products.
The PKR Gantry uses either vacuum or mechanical means to provide gentle product handling, assuring product integrity and consistent tray and case packing while accommodating a wide variety of case/tray sizes and pack patterns.
