• Tray Formation: It efficiently extracts individual tray blanks from a hopper and guides them through forming plows, erecting side and end panels while simultaneously folding minor flaps. As the tray descends, pneumatically controlled tucker bars fold and secure the roll-over flap, creating a fully formed tray.
• Product Loading: The integrated POPLOK PKR modular pick and place cell then automatically top-loads products into the formed trays.
